Overview:

This course applies to both pSeries 600 and RS/6000 Servers and is appropriate for individuals administering AIX Version 4 installations.

Learn to be an effective system administrator for one or more AIX systems. Prepare for the IBM eServer Certified Specialist - pSeries AIX System Administration and pSeries AIX System Support certification tests. Learn how to install, customize, and handle common AIX system administration tasks using the AIX Version 5.1 operating system in a multiuser environment. Learn the basic commands and skills for administering the AIX Version 5.1 operating system.
